My Client is recruiting for a Production Manager in the Water Sector. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring quality, leading teams, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and control production schedules
• Enforce quality control and tracking programs
• Analyze production and quality data to identify issues
• Improve production processes
• Maintain production reports
• Estimate production costs
• Manage stock levels
• Coordinate between departments like procurement and distribution
• Develop procedures compliant with ISO 9001:2015 and Business Management System
• Ensure health & safety policies are followed and safety is prioritized

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience as a Production Manager or similar role
• Mechanical Engineering qualifications/experience
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings such as P&IDs
• Understanding of production machinery and quality control
