You will mentor teams, manage KPIs, ensure ISO compliance, and partner with senior management to deliver cost-efficient output. On-site role in Ross-on-Wye with a competitive salary and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Production Manager in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated Lean, CI and 6S familiarity.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP or other ERP systems.
• Track record of meeting production KPIs.
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: £55,000 – £58,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead and oversee all production activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement, and developing high-performing teams.

Reporting into senior management, you will be responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively while maintaining the highest quality standards.
