Job summary

You will oversee Team Leaders and production teams, coordinating labour, materials, and resources to maximise efficiency while driving Lean manufacturing and TPM initiatives and maintaining HSE compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar production or manufacturing leadership role.
• Experience in Precision Engineering/Defense/Aerospace sectors.
• Proven experience leading and developing operational teams.
• Formal qualification preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day production activities to meet customer delivery schedules, quality standards, and KPIs.
• Coordinate labour, materials, consumables, and resources to maximise efficiency.
• Manage Team Leaders, Supervisors, and production teams, including manpower planning and development.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement via Lean manufacturing, 5S, and TPM.
• Ensure robust health and safety, compliance, and controlled documentation.
