Job summary

Cameron Clarke Associates t/a talent-finder is seeking a Production Manager for their Jewellery Quarter facility in Birmingham. The role involves planning and overseeing production, driving efficiency and supervising staff to ensure orders are completed on time and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have production management experience in manufacturing, preferably within jewellery or regalia, with strong leadership, organisational skills and a proactive, detail-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Previous Production Management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, driven approach with the ability to lead a team by example.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor production schedules.
• Ensure customer orders are completed and dispatched on time.
• Maintain high quality standards throughout production.
• Monitor supplier and outworker costs and deadlines.
• Keep the Sales team updated on order progress.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee site health and safety.
• Maintain high standards of site housekeeping.
• Manage and support production staff.
