- Experience leading a production team in FMCG/Pharma environments.
- Background in Food or Pharmaceutical production.
- Willing to commute to Brighton and surrounding areas.

- Lead Continuous Improvement Projects (CI).
- Ensure health and safety policies are followed.
- Monitor KPIs and train staff.
