2 Sisters Food Group in Thetford is seeking a Production Manager to lead a 55-strong team across Frying and Prep, driving safe, efficient operations and OTIF delivery within budget KPIs.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role features a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern (0500-1700) and a competitive pay rate of £22.07 per hour (£46,193 p.a. equivalent). It emphasizes coaching, H&S, quality, cost and service with development opportunities within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Proven FMCG experience within Food Manufacturing ideally in a Shift Manager or Production Manager role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with the team to drive performance.
• Lean manufacturing experience is desirable and numeracy/IT literacy are important.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safe, compliant operations and maintain high H&S standards across the shift.
• Lead 55-strong team across Frying/Prep to achieve quality and OTIF targets.
• Coach and mentor frontline managers; manage resources, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
• Direct shift handovers and sustain a one-team culture.
