Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day production operations, drive output, and ensure customer requirements are met across quality, cost and delivery.

You will manage production staff, plan workflows, optimise processes across CNC and fabrication, and uphold health and safety standards while continuously improving efficiency. This role offers a structured environment with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven Production Management experience in CNC, fabrication, manufacturing or engineering.
• 5+ years' experience in a Production Management role.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Competent using ERP or MRP systems.
• Drive to identify and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production operation and all production staff.
• Provide leadership and motivation to achieve output targets.
• Plan workflow and resources to meet customer deadlines.
• Set and improve targets for quality, cost, delivery, equipment and personnel.
• Streamline production processes across CNC and fabrication.
• Ensure resources, machinery and personnel are effectively utilised.
• Maintain high standards of product quality in production.
• Ensure health & safety standards across the workshop.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency.
