Job summary

BOC Limited, a Linde company, is seeking a Production Manager for Thame, United Kingdom. You will lead the manufacturing team, drive safety, quality and efficiency, and partner with customers and the wider business to deliver reliable operations.

This role requires proven leadership, strong communication, and a track record of continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. IOSH/NEBOSH qualification is preferred.
