Job summary

BOC Limited, a Linde company, in Thame, United Kingdom, is looking for a Production Manager to lead key activities for the team, customers and the business. You will provide expert guidance and empower others to achieve success while ensuring compliance and high standards.

You will champion continuous improvement, build strong partnerships across the organisation, and deputise for the Branch manager, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes.
