Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to oversee our Engineered Belt workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management: Plan, coordinate, and control the manufacturing processes to ensure products are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
3. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.
4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
5. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring optimal stock levels.
6. Safety Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
7. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including key metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
