THE ROLE

We’re looking for a super-organised and detail-driven Production Coordinator to join our Films team. You’ll support the Head of Films ensuring all our shoots and projects running smoothly — from pre-production through to post-production delivery.

You’ll be responsible for everything that keeps production moving behind the scenes — with a particular focus on call sheets, risk assessments, contracting, crewing up, permits, and reconciling budgets. This is a brilliant role for someone looking to step up in production and work across a huge variety of content and clients. The role may also involve UK and international travel to support shoots.

WHAT WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME DOING?

Production & Operations Support:

  • Support the Head of Films in managing production logistics across all Films projects

  • Assist with budgets and reconciliations, ensuring spend is tracked and logged

  • Help manage and maintain production documents, templates and agreements

Pre-Production:

  • Create and manage production paperwork, including:

    • Call sheets

    • Risk assessments

    • Crew and talent contracts

    • Permits and location agreements

    • Kit hire and bookings

  • Coordinate crew, freelancers and talent bookings

  • Support with scheduling and pre-production meeting notes

On-Set & Delivery Support:

  • Act as a key point of contact on shoot days — supporting the Producer and Head of Films

  • Support UK and international shoots as required

  • Ensure smooth delivery to post-production teams (handover of files, music licenses, release forms etc.)

  • Support the Head of Films with tracking final project delivery and wrap documents

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 2–3 years experience in production coordination, production assistant or similar

  • Strong understanding of on-set roles, production paperwork and shoot logistics

  • Excellent organisational skills — comfortable managing multiple projects at once

  • Experience in creating and managing risk assessments, call sheets and contracts

  • Familiarity with budgets, cost tracking and reconciliations

  • Strong communicator — confident working with internal teams, crew and clients

  • Comfortable working across UK and international shoots

  • A love of film and creative content — and a drive to make great work
