What do we need from you?

► You'll already be pursuing a career as a Production Manager within the beverage industry and your qualifications will enable you to hit the ground running.

►You'll need to be a subject matter expert ready to take the lead in all areas of compliance and quality.

► You'll need to have Salsa certification experience and a thorough understanding of BRC food safety standards.

► We'll be looking for you to demonstrate hands-on experience in a beverage production environment.

► The ability to work autonomously and independently.

► The flexibility to work part of the week in the company's London offices and part of the week at the production facilities in Hitchen.

► You'll need to think outside of the box and bring new ideas to the table as well as having a keen eye for detail and a robust approach to processes and compliance.
