Job summary

CV Technical Limited is seeking an experienced Production Manager for a food manufacturing site in Nottinghamshire. The role focuses on leading day-to-day production operations, driving efficiency, quality and performance across the site.

You will manage and develop the production team, ensure safety, hygiene and quality standards are met, and collaborate with other departments to meet customer requirements. A hands-on leader with strong KPIs and continuous improvement mindset is ideal.

Qualifications

• Previous Production Management experience within food manufacturing.
• Experience managing production teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• A strong understanding of food safety, quality and hygiene standards.
• Good knowledge of production processes, KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front.
• Experience within fresh produce, food processing, agricultural products or vegetable packing would be particularly advantageous.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to join a growing food manufacturing business based in Nottinghamshire.

The business specialises in the growing, preparation and packing of fresh root vegetables and is looking for a hands-on Production Manager to oversee day-to-day production operations and help drive efficiency, quality and performance across the site.

The Role
