Job summary

Mach Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Area Production Manager for a busy food manufacturing site in the East Midlands. You will oversee daily production, lead teams, and ensure plans meet customer demand while upholding health and safety standards.

You will manage and develop staff, be KPI‑driven across safety, quality, productivity, and cost, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Area Production Manager - Food Manufacturing

Are you an experienced Production Manager/ Supervisor looking for your next step? Are you ready for your next challenge?

My client a successful and well respected food manufacturer in the East Midlands are seeking an Area Production Manager to oversee and lead the daily production within a fast paced food manufacturing site.

You will be responsible for all operations and execution of plan to producing high quality products, as per customer demand, adhering to health and safety on site.

You will have excellent communication and leaderships skills. As a 'people person' you will manage, develop and lead your teams. You will be KPI focused based on safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery and people development.

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable management experience, ideally within a food manufacturing environment.
