Are you an experienced production leader with a background in manufacturing or milling operations? This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing site, leading a dedicated team in delivering safety, quality, service, and cost excellence.

The Role:
You will lead the Production, Engineering, and Transport teams to drive continuous improvement across all operations. Your focus will be on ensuring safe and efficient production while maintaining the highest quality standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a multidisciplinary team to meet operational KPIs across safety, quality, cost, and service.

  • Minimising downtime by addressing production issues swiftly and effectively.

  • Collaborating with planners to meet production and quality targets.

  • Ensuring on-time and bio-secure deliveries in coordination with the transport team.

  • Managing budgets and identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies.

  • Championing continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

About You:

  • Proven experience managing a production facility in a manufacturing or team-based environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering results through high-performing teams.

  • Experience working with safety and quality control procedures in a fast-paced setting.

  • Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and cost savings.

  • Budgetary control experience with a strategic and analytical mindset.

  • Degree-qualified in a relevant field or significant hands-on experience in a similar managerial role.
