Job summary

RDi in Croydon is seeking a Machine Assistant to support machine operators and manage porter duties in a full-time, onsite role. You will help with labeling, packing, and maintaining high production standards while assisting with stock movement and general housekeeping across the production area.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to maintain smooth production flows and compliance with quality and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operator in running machines to required speeds.
• Support with day-to-day housekeeping of the machine and factory areas.
• Provide cover for all Production areas as needed.
• Move printed materials, components, and work-in-progress between departments.
• Ensure timely delivery of items according to production schedules.
