Job summary

Concept Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a client for a permanent machine assistant. You will support operators across up to 10 machines, covering setup, loading, monitoring, maintenance, quality checks, and palletising.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, based in Aberford, United Kingdom. You will work in a manufacturing environment, ensuring safety and adherence to company policies while keeping the workspace clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic maintenance and cleaning duties are a plus.
• Good attention to product quality and reporting defects.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with setup and operation.
• Load and unload materials, components, or finished products.
• Monitor machines for issues during operation.
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Inspect finished products for defects and report them.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow safety guidelines.
• Palletising as required.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a permanent machine assistant.

As a machine assistant, you will support the operators through a full manufacturing process, covering up to 10 machines.
