The ideal candidate is reliable, technically minded, and capable of fault-finding to keep the line running. Own transport is preferred due to site location and shift timings, with a 07:00–16:30 weekday schedule and £13.95 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food manufacturing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform all production tasks, including food preparation, blending, packaging, and presenting finished goods to the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness of machinery and work areas to company standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain an "audit-ready" mindset.
• Accurately record data and interpret production schedules.
• Proactively fault-find and resolve technical issues.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed departmental KPIs.
• Undertake any training required to support business goals and values.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends during peak times.
