Kelly Services is currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators for a well-established manufacturing partner in Hatfield, PA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity!

Position Overview:

As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting the production process by operating equipment, preparing materials, and ensuring product quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery (e.g., mixers, blenders, extruders)
• Measure and prepare raw materials according to batch instructions
• Conduct routine quality checks to maintain standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment
