• Track record building and shipping LLM-based systems in production.
• Hands-on experience with models via APIs, orchestration and tooling.
• Strong production Python as the main language.
• Ability to translate vague problems into scoped, deliverable systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to understand problems and design end-to-end solutions.
• Take projects from prototype to stable production with clear ownership.
• Build Python pipelines combining deterministic steps with LLM calls.
• Implement evaluation, guardrails, monitoring and cost controls.
• Rebuild internal tools into owned business systems when valuable.
