Qualifications

• Experience building LLM-driven systems, including RAG.
• Commercial Python development experience.
• Strong understanding of clean, maintainable and well-tested software.
• Fluency with agentic tooling.
• Excellent technical communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree from a leading or internationally recognised university.
• A strong product mindset and focus on delivering user value.
• A self-starting, creative approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Design and build solutions using LLMs, RAG and related AI technologies.
• Develop and maintain high-quality production software.
• Architect and maintain microservice-based systems.
• Take ownership of technical problems from concept through to production.
• Work closely with research and engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to more junior engineers.
