Signify Technology in the UK is building an in-house AI tools ecosystem within a regulated industry. This role focuses on turning experimental models into production-ready software, partnering with business teams to design and deploy solutions, and turning learnings into shared tooling for the company.

You will own end-to-end delivery of projects from prototype to production, build Python pipelines with deterministic steps and LLM calls, and implement guardrails, monitoring and cost controls.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering with ownership of production systems.
• Proven track record shipping LLM-based systems in production.
• Experience with APIs, orchestration, and RAG workflows.
• Experience designing evaluation sets and testing prompts.
• Strong safety practices for data, PII, and prompt injection awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business teams to define solutions and deploy.
• Take projects from prototype to stable production with clear ownership.
• Build Python pipelines combining deterministic steps with LLM calls.
• Implement evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and cost controls.
• Develop shared tooling and reusable components across teams.
• Deploy models from the data science team into customer-facing production.
• Identify patterns and turn them into safe defaults and tools.
• Learn from senior engineers and retain knowledge in-house.
