Job summary

Whitworths is seeking a Line Minder with or without Machine Minder experience to join our manufacturing team in the UK. You will operate and maintain production lines, ensuring readiness and quality for each shift, with training provided where needed.

The role offers a basic rate of £14.23 per hour plus excellent shift premiums, across 40.5 hours per week with pattern options including 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, and 11pm–7am.

Qualifications

• Experience operating/maintaining production lines.
• Basic literacy and numeracy.
• Desirable experience in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production lines to meet targets and quality standards.
• Ensure preparation procedures are completed before start-up.
• Set ups and changeovers performed efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Further training provided for candidates with relevant background.
