Job summary

Whitworths Limited is seeking Line Minder roles to operate and maintain production lines in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting, ensuring quality targets and efficient changeovers.

Previous line-running experience is desirable; basic engineering skills are a plus. We value self-motivated, reliable candidates with good literacy and numeracy. Training is provided, with shifts covering mornings, afternoons and nights and a competitive hourly rate with premiums.

Qualifications

• Line Minder experience on production lines.
• Satisfactory literacy and numeracy skills.
• Basic engineering skills are desirable.
• Experience in food manufacturing is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production lines to meet targets and quality standards.
• Ensure startup preparations for the day’s production are completed.
• Line set ups and changeovers are key to success.
