Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Production Line Leader for a busy Newark-area site. You will supervise a production line, support line leaders and managers, and ensure smooth daily operations on the factory floor.

We are looking for someone with prior line supervision experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay focused under pressure to hit targets. Monday–Friday days, with ongoing training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a production line or team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team on a busy production line
• Ensuring daily start-up checks are done and machines are ready to start
• Monitoring line speed, KPIs, quality checks and downtime
• Training production operatives and supporting continuous improvement
• Maintaining paperwork and procedures
