Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Production Line Supervisor (Food/Packaging) in the Newark/Bilsthorpe area. The role offers a 4 on 4 off days pattern with a base pay of £14.75 per hour plus £18.44 overtime, along with training, development and long-term progression opportunities.

You will supervise operatives on the production line, operate packaging machinery and help maintain smooth, efficient production on the factory floor while supporting senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar production supervisor role within a food environment.
• Good communication skills and problem-solving ability to lead a team.
• Willingness to develop and progress within the company through training.
