Job summary

Forza Foods Ltd is seeking an experienced Line Manager - Production (Low Care) to join our onsite production team at the Normanton site. This permanent, site-based role offers a 4 on 2 off rotating schedule (6:30am–10:30pm) and leadership of a team of operatives while delivering production plans.

You will champion food safety standards, coach and develop staff, optimise line performance, and maintain high quality specifications.
