Job summary

Workforce Recruitment and Training in Evesham is seeking an experienced Production Line Leader for a chilled food manufacturer. You will supervise a team to run the line safely, hit daily targets and maintain quality.

The role operates an 80-hour, two-week rotating pattern with weekend work. Initial training may run Monday–Friday, 6:00am–3:00pm before transitioning to the regular pattern and leading a busy production team.

Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing or team leader/supervisory experience (desirable).
• Experience in food production or chilled environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication, delegation and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organise and allocate your team to meet daily production targets.
• Set up the line and keep jobs running with minimal disruption.
• Monitor performance against targets and act where needed.
• Order raw materials and packaging to avoid waste.
• Complete production sheets and performance boards accurately and on time.
• Ensure quality standards and service levels are met.
• Monitor and reduce waste in line with targets.
• Carry out Health & Safety checks and report incidents.
