Job summary

Culina is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing line in a fast-paced FMCG environment in the United Kingdom. You will manage labour, maintain quality, and ensure production targets are met in line with QA and safety standards.

Responsibilities include motivating the team, ensuring products meet client specifications, and driving continuous improvement while complying with HACCP, GMP, and hygiene protocols. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/production/FMCG environments.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Clear and positive communication skills.
• Experience meeting internal/external audits.
• Familiarity with integrated management systems (Vision).

Responsibilities

• Motivate a team to meet production targets and KPIs.
• Ensure final products meet client specifications (SPI).
• Maximise production efficiency to meet plan hourly/daily.
• Adhere to QA, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and company procedures.
• Liaise with agency controllers daily for feedback.
• Participate in training and development of new starters.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction.
• Attend team leader meetings and contribute to appraisals.
• Support personal development and take on additional duties as needed.
