• Production Team Leader
• Location: Salford
• Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
• Hours: Full Time
• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Friday: 7:00am - 12:30pm

The Role

You'll be responsible for leading a production team to ensure daily targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. You'll champion continuous improvement and drive a positive, high-performance culture on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop a team of production operatives
• Monitor and manage production schedules and workflow
• Uphold and promote Health & Safety best practices across all operations
• Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor and coach team members to develop skills and build capability
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Communicate effectively across departments and levels

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role
• Strong people management and mentoring skills
