We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Leader

Key Accountabilities

1. Responsible for ensuring the team possesses the skills required to achieve the production plan.
2. Carry out team member performance reviews.
3. Maintain daily production boards and team board documentation.
4. Conduct local KPI team meetings to improve cost, quality, and delivery metrics.
5. Ensure safety audit schedule adherence and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
6. Manage area risk assessments.
7. Lead local 5S activities to promote a safe, defect-free, and visual workplace.
8. Participate in occupational health activities to support team welfare.
9. Ensure area compliance with ISO14001 and ISO9001 standards.
10. Conduct first-line absence management effectively and swiftly.
11. Liaise and communicate with support functions to achieve area targets.

What You Need to Succeed

1. Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience, preferably within a similar role.
2. Computer literate; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
3. Demonstrate leadership qualities, effective communication, and a positive attitude to motivate the team.
4. Strong understanding of manufacturing practices and processes.
5. Strong problem-solving skills.
6. Quality-focused mindset with enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
