Job summary

The Fresh Produce Centre in the United Kingdom is seeking a Production Lead Operator to manage a designated packing line and lead a team of operators. You will ensure quality standards, meet target work rates, and complete orders on time.

Training and supervising temporary staff will be part of the role, with emphasis on health, safety and hygiene. You will coach team members to develop skills, communicate with management, and identify waste reduction opportunities to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a packing line
• Experience on a food production line (flow wrappers, giro machines or similar)
• Ability to train and supervise temporary staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities
