Job summary

Production Line Leader role in Tonbridge. You will lead a busy production line in a fast-paced packhouse environment, ensuring safety, quality and productivity targets are met.

The job involves guiding the team, coordinating with Planning, Warehouse, Quality and Production Management, and maintaining high hygiene and safety standards. You will manage day-to-day operations, monitor run rates, and ensure the correct fruit, packaging, labels and customer specifications are followed.

Qualifications

• Previous production or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a production line team to meet targets.
• Ensure correct packaging, labeling, weights and customer specs.
• Maintain health and safety, HACCP, GMP and hygiene standards.
• Monitor quality and report issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Quality and Production Management.
• Complete production paperwork and Prophet system updates.
