Owen Daniels is recruiting a hands-on Production Engineering Manager to lead the Production Engineering function in a demanding electronics manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes technical leadership, process excellence, and building a high-performing engineering team.

The successful candidate will collaborate with production, quality, operations and supply chain to improve performance, implement improvements, and support business growth while ensuring compliant and robust production

Qualifications

Degree in Electronics/Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
Proven leadership of engineering teams in electronics manufacturing.
Experience with NPI, DFMA and process validation.
Strong continuous improvement mindset (Lean Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the Production Engineering team.
Drive continuous improvement across processes, equipment and production methods.
Support new product introductions with robust, repeatable processes.
Collaborate with design, quality, operations and supply chain to improve quality and delivery.
Oversee implementation of manufacturing processes, work instructions and standards.
