Job summary

All Space Limited seeks a Production Engineering Lead to head a multi‑discipline team responsible for productionising ALL.SPACE products. You will design, optimise, and maintain manufacturing processes for high quality, cost‑effective, scalable production.

The role requires technical ownership, overseeing hardware, software, RF, and mechanical teams, plus strong cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven process improvement.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (Bachelor/Master/PhD).
• Expertise in designing and delivering bespoke production automation lines and automated test rigs.
• Ability to diagnose, resolve and prevent production issues.
• Experience using production data to drive improvement (yield, fault coding, touch time).
• Knowledge of RF, Digital, Software, Hardware, Mechanical and Thermal domains.

Responsibilities

• Organise and oversee manufacturing support to diagnose and resolve production failures.
• Own RF Calibration and Antenna Measurement systems to optimise throughput and yield.
• Architect Automated Production Test Systems to detect issues early in build.
• Lead a multi‑discipline team to deliver Automated Production Test Systems.
• Ensure production documentation, work instructions, and records meet requirements.
