Job summary

AM Global is seeking a Production Engineer to join the Production Support/Operations team. The role focuses on translating customer requirements into efficient production processes, from order entry to tooling design and documentation, while maintaining quality and cost control.

Responsibilities

Handle Customer Order Entry tasks including order capture, NOR coordination, item setup, and BOM/routing maintenance
Design tooling, fixtures and components to support repeatable manufacturing processes and liaise with suppliers
Prepare and maintain quality folders, test reports, and FAI data ensuring traceability
Participate in Engineering Change meetings and update drawings and documents accordingly
Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, quality, cost and throughput
Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain and customer service to resolve issues and liaise with external suppliers
