Job summary

M-Tec Engineering Solutions Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our internationally established manufacturing team. You will help improve processes, optimize equipment, reduce waste, and support new product launches while upholding quality, safety, and efficiency.

In this role you will document production trials, develop plant layouts, conduct capacity studies, support PFMEA and ergonomic assessments, troubleshoot issues, and drive 5S and

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial processes.
• Strong understanding of process flow and plant layout.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support and document production trials and equipment acceptance activities.
• Develop and implement process and equipment improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and reduce scrap.
• Analyse manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
