Responsibilities

• Assist in the NPI process and oversee manufacturing processes.
• Carry out root cause analysis and maintain 8D/RMA system.
• Ensure health and safety codes are followed and best practice is maintained.
• Identify production problems, troubleshoot, and report findings.
• Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production.
• Schedule meetings and liaise with other engineers to improve production and costs.
