Job summary

Swegon UK & I at Snodland, Kent, seeks a Production Engineer to drive continuous improvement and optimise manufacturing processes across the site. You will work with Production, Engineering, Quality and Maintenance to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost efficiency, supporting NPI and standardising methods.

The role is process-driven and requires strong data analysis and hands-on engineering support to daily operations, with the aim of reducing waste and driving OTIF improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Production/Manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with Lean and CI.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support CI and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Analyse production data to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop SOPs and manufacturing documentation.
• Support NPI and deployment of best practices.
