Job summary

Apollo is seeking a Production Engineer to support day-to-day manufacturing operations, provide technical support, resolve issues, implement process improvements, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Maintenance.

You will lead continuous improvement using Lean and problem-solving, manage SOPs, flow charts, and documentation, and help deliver on customer demand while aligning with Process Engineering team.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Lean and structured problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering support to production, resolving process, equipment, quality and performance issues.
• Manage and close production call outs, ensuring timely resolution of production-related issues.
• Maintain and update SOPs, Flow Charts, work instructions and other manufacturing documentation.
• Support the implementation of MCDs, ECOs and process changes on the shop floor.
• Lead and support continuous improvement activities using Lean and structured problem-solving techniques to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Investigate production, customer complaint and non-conformance issues, identifying and implementing corrective actions.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Maintenance teams to support operational performance and compliance.
