Job summary

Griffon Marine is seeking a Production Engineer to support manufacturing operations by developing production data, documentation, and processes. You will work with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure components and assemblies are clearly defined, costed, and delivered efficiently.

Responsibilities include creating BOMs, work instructions, and costing records; issuing production instructions; administering ECRs; and supporting improvements to engineering data management and

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and structural drawings.
• Experience creating and maintaining Bills of Materials and related docs.
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Determine appropriate manufacturing methods for parts and assemblies.
• Create and maintain BOMs, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
• Issue production work instructions including drawings and BOMs.
• Input and maintain material and labour costing in manufacturing records.
• Administer engineering change requests and maintain configuration control.
• Review booked production hours and lead times against plans.
• Support production teams with technical queries and manufacturing issues.
• Contribute to improvements in processes, docs, and systems.
