Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Cameron seeks an Associate/Graduate Electrical Engineer to join the Calcasieu Pass Facility in Louisiana. The role reports to the Principal Engineer, Electrical Operations Engineering and supports Operations, Maintenance and Engineering to ensure the Plant Electrical System operates safely and reliably with minimal downtime.

You will learn the full Plant Electrical System and assist with switchgears, MCCs, UPS, transformers and EMS/SCADA, as well as electrical system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Application Suite.
• Familiarity with Power Systems Modelling Tools such as ETAP/SKM preferable.

Responsibilities

• Learn the complete Plant Electrical System and assist with switchgears, MCC, UPS, transformers, and EMS/SCADA.
• Support development and maintenance of procedures, KPIs, and electrical drawings/databases.
• Assist with MOC process management.
• Support RCFA and PHA risk assessments.
• Provide day-to-day troubleshooting support to Operations & Maintenance.
