JOB : Production Engineer

LOCATION : High Wycombe

TERM : Permanent

SALARY : GBP 30,000 to GBP 36,000 per annum (plus benefits)

Premier Engineering is working with a manufacturing company based in High Wycombe who are looking to hire a Production Engineer to support their growing operations team.

The Production Engineer Will Ideally Have The Following Attributes

: Degree in Engineering or a related field

: Proven experience in a production engineering environment

: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling design

: Experience with process improvement and lean manufacturing principles

: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively

: Competence in reading technical drawings and specifications

: Strong communication and organisational skills

: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software (desirable)

The Production Engineer Role Will Involve

: Supporting production processes and ensuring efficient manufacturing operations

: Designing and developing tooling, jigs, and fixtures to aid production

: Identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise workflow and reduce waste

: Working closely with design, quality, and manufacturing teams

: Troubleshooting production issues and providing technical support

: Maintaining production documentation and ensuring compliance with quality standards

: Assisting with new product introductions and production planning
