Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Production Administrator to collect, record, validate, and report production data across its manufacturing operations. The role focuses on monitoring yields, waste, production outputs, and key metrics to ensure accurate, timely information for decision-making.

The successful candidate will run routine audits of records, analyse performance data, and provide management with clear reporting to support operational decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to collect, organise, and interpret production data.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and monitor production yields across all manufacturing departments.
• Track yield performance against established standards and targets.
• Investigate and document yield variances.
• Maintain accurate yield records and reporting systems.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Generate KPI reports and trend analysis for management.
