Here at Mars, we now have an exciting opportunity to join our factory team! The role oversees the smooth execution of production plans, maintains adherence to standards, and actively creates and drives action plans to return the line to standard running conditions in a timely manner.

Responsible for driving FMOS, efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and actively contributing to the ongoing improvement of production processes. The role requires problem-solving and collaborative skills to achieve optimal production performance.

What are we looking for?

• A strong communicator with the ability to relate to all levels and backgrounds, and to confront challenging situations
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Experience in FMCG or high-speed production environments
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Good understanding of Microsoft systems; SAP literacy is desirable
• Experience with TPM/Operational Excellence/Autonomous Maintenance is desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure production plans are executed properly, including PMs and changeovers
• Monitor losses and lead Basic Problem Solving to define issues
• Track production activities, identify, and escalate delays or issues
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Maintain safety and quality standards to meet specifications
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects
• Support and mentor factory operators to enhance performance
