About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Controller to join a friendly team based at our head office in Bedford, working within our Eastern region on a permanent basis.

As a Production Controller, you will support site teams and Senior Managers in administration and compliance across all sites within your region.

Key Duties:
  • Manage diaries and schedule meetings.
  • Plan and coordinate events, including site meetings and training sessions.
  • Support inductions for all levels of site staff.
  • Order site uniforms, IT equipment, and stationery.
  • Handle NHBC and CCS registrations.
  • Assist in collating and binding documentation for Contractor Reports.
  • Maintain holiday records and identify cover risks.
  • Compile and maintain plot files for practical completion, including daily electronic filing of site documentation.
  • Input and collate Build and Sales information.
  • File plot sign-off sheets and record accordingly.
  • Coordinate purchase orders.
  • Support recruitment processes and manage agency usage.
  • Answer office intercom and manage door access.
  • Assist with PA/office admin duties and cover during breaks and holidays.
About You
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Experience with IT systems or project management tools.
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in construction industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
