CVI Infrared Optics is seeking a Manufacturing Production Coordinator to streamline production planning and monitor schedules across Manufacturing, AME, Commercial, and Supply Chain. The role ensures material availability, on-time delivery, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
You will coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules, manage backlog data, and prepare production reports while supporting contingency planning for external issues.

The Manufacturing Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, and monitoring production activities to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. This role serves as a key liaison between production, planning, purchasing, engineering and quality teams to ensure schedules are met, materials are available, and production targets are achieved while maintaining safety and quality standards
Follow the site’s comprehensive safety regulations, promptly report any risks, hazards, or incidents, and ensure a safe workplace by adhering to all established protocols.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as needed.
