Job summary

CVI Infrared Optics, part of the IDEX MSS platform, is seeking a Manufacturing Production Coordinator to streamline production activities, coordinate between production, planning, purchasing, engineering and quality teams, and ensure schedules, materials and safety standards are met.

You will monitor daily to monthly production schedules, manage backlog, raise purchase orders for materials and tooling, and maintain accurate reports and records.

Qualifications

• Coordinate with Manufacturing/AME/Commercial/Supply Chain and monitor upcoming production and adjust schedules as needed to address delays, equipment issues, or material shortages
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer demand and operational goals
• Liaise with Internal Teams to ensure Materials and Tooling are available to execute manufacturing plans
• Responsible for Backlog daily management and data accuracy
• Inputting data and reporting out on the Planning change log
• Assisting with contingency planning if external issues arise
• Weekly new order review meeting and action tracking
• Raising Purchase Orders requests for material and tooling
• Supply and Demand monitoring
• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, documentation, and records
