Job summary

Marston's is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team in a busy pub environment. You will prep, cook and help deliver our pub menu to life, learning and growing within a supportive kitchen culture.

You'll work with a passionate team in a fast-paced setting, with opportunities to develop skills and progress along the DNA pathway toward Sous Chef. Enjoy benefits that support work-life balance and your career at Marston's.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as an experienced KP.
• Knowledge of kitchen areas and procedures or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec every time.

Responsibilities

• Assist prep and cooking to bring the pub menu to life.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Ensure meals are delivered to spec and at the right quality.
