Qualifications

• Previous experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with automotive quality tools and systems (TS16949, QS9000, ISO14001) is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Book all booking sheets into the system (AS400 / SYS21).
• Confirm and report inadequate booking sheets to managers.
• Raise commercial invoices for shipments.

Job description

Job Title: Production Booking & Cycle Counting Clerk

Location: Elmdon Plant

Pay: £13.83 Plus shift allowance

Hours: 3-week shift rotation - full time

Main responsibilities and results:

• Book onto the system (AS400 / SYS21) all booking sheets provided by Operations
• Production book all sequence and scrap reports
• Populate Reports (Dock Plan)
• Confirm and report to relevant Managers all booking sheets received that are inadequate and create a KPI with actions
• Raise Commercial invoices for shipments

Preferred skills and experience:

• Previous experience working within a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience with AS400 / SYS21 is an advantage
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent administrative skills
• Ideally familiar with automotive quality tools and systems, including TS16949, QS9000, ISO14001
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Shift work is essential to improve inventory accuracy across the Plant
